FREE Pancakes at IHOP for National Pancake Day 2/28
On Tuesday, February 28, 2012, guests from around the country are invited to celebrate National Pancake Day at IHOP and enjoy a FREE short stack of Buttermilk pancakes. There is a limit of one FREE short stack per guest.
In return for the free pancakes, guests are asked to consider leaving a donation for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals© and other designated local charities.

CodeIgniter Quick Start Template
I love CodeIgniter. This is probably simplest and fastest to use MVC framework for PHP. But every time I start a new project, I have to download latest version of CodeIgniter. Then download DataMapper ORM, TankAuth, and jQuery. Hide index.php. Create .htaccess. Create a layout.php. Create basic CSS file.
So I have created this project with all of the basic setup and libraries. Just download and start working on the project code instead of setting up the environment.
